Refund and Returns Policy

At Nordic Suits, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every motorcycle leather suit is crafted with premium materials and carefully inspected before shipment. Please read our return and refund policy before placing your order.


Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Custom-Made Products

Because most Nordic Suits products are made specifically to each customer’s requirements, custom-made and personalized motorcycle suits are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • The delivered product differs significantly from the approved order specifications.

If any of these situations occur, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.


Standard Products

Ready-made or standard-size products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions listed above.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by providing:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible standard products due to size or manufacturing issues.

Custom-made products may only be exchanged if there is a verified production error or manufacturing defect.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Nordic Suits is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.
  • Once manufacturing has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made motorcycle suits
  • Personalized products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration
  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective)

Warranty

Nordic Suits stands behind the quality of its products. If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly for assessment and resolution.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Crash or racing damage
  • Improper use
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
